J-Girls brings together girls and women to discover their joy in judo and celebrate their J-Girls community. For the second year running, J-Girls will takeover Nationals 2026 in a special session on Monday, June 8th.
Whether you are attending the National Championships as a serious competitor, a dedicated supporter, or a bored sibling, here’s your chance to have some fun and shake out the cobwebs with some judo games and a fun workout.
A strong roster of J-GIRLS Ambassadors will be there to lead, and potentially show off some shiny new medals.
This is a FREE event welcoming all J-GIRLS and Judo Australia members aged 5 to 105 from the Gold Coast and further afield. You are welcome to participate with or without a gi, and the session welcomes everyone from absolute beginners onwards.
