Judo up early for the Sydney SUNRISE with Warren, Matt and Nat!

While much of the Judo community was celebrating a huge weekend on the Gold Coast, UNSW Judo coach Warren Rosser was up very early to demonstrate the art of judo to Sunrise hosts, Matt Shirvington and Natalie Barr.

While Warren explained the virtues of starting young in Judo to develop the necessary physical skills, as well as the value of falling to every sport, the kids were demonstrating the most valuable truth – Judo is FUN.

Featuring Joshua Hi, 6, Eloise Loppacher, 7, Rosa Bellini, 8, Eve Tronnes, 7, and Liam Moffit, 6, the segment showed the world that Judo is not only fun, but an important part of childhood development, teaching resilience and cooperation as well as physical skills.
