CombatAus has opened applications for athletes to join the full-time program at the National Performance Centre in 2026.
As Judo Australia’s high performance partner, CombatAus through its NPC program develops promising athletes into world class competitors capable of winning medals in international and Olympic competition.
The NPC selects a small number of athletes from around the country to join the athlete-centred, coach-led training environment. Led by National Head Coach Daniel Kelly, and technical lead – judo, Maria Pekli, the NPC offers judoka the benefit of the nation’s best training partners as well as technical and performance support services.
Athletes looking to join the NPC should download and read the NPC Selection Guidelines before completing the linked Application Form below. Applications open on October 31st and close on November 21st.
