Judo Australia is seeking Expressions of Interest from judoka with a military or police force background to become members of our newly formed Military and Police Committee. APPLY HERE.
This advisory committee, chaired by Lt Col Derek Morris, will take a leading role in mounting the inaugural Military Teams Tournament set to debut at our upcoming Continental event, the Oceania Judo Championships. Judo Australia director and company secretary, Paul Nelson also serves on the committee, and both are keen to welcome new members to tackle the job at hand.
Potential committee members will have a solid record in contributing to Judo clubs and judoka, whether as a participant or coach, as well having an appreciation for the significance of Judo in the military and police environments.
