2020 Futures Camp

Do you enjoy competing in Judo and want to learn skills that could help you represent Australia in the future?

 

This opportunity is for you!

JA is holding a 3 day Judo Futures Camp at the AIS Combat Centre aimed at athletes transitioning to Cadet age group competitions in 2020 and 2021. Athletes eligible to apply will have been born in 2005 or 2006, will be a minimum grade of 3rd Kyu (green belt) and will have competed at the JA National Championships in 2018 or 2019. In this world-class sporting environment, young athletes will be introduced to the JA High Performance program in a fun but educational way.

 

There are 50 places available for this camp and preference will be given to medallist from the past two National Championships.  The remaining places will be distributed on a “first come, first served” basis.The remaining places will be distributed on a “first come, first served” basis. The cost of this camp is $300, which includes all meals at the AIS dining hall, accommodation, training facility, and coaching. Travel cost is additional.
