2022 marks the 70th Anniversary of Judo Australia.
To celebrate this milestone – we are planning a historical display at the 2022 National Championships on the Gold Coast in June.
The display will represent the past 70 years of judo in Australia and express the beauty and tradition of our sport through personal photographs from members of our community.
As part of this display, we would like to invite everyone within the judo community to share your favourite judo photos from over the past 70 years.
From competitions to training, judoka to administrators, white belts to 9th Dan - we are looking for it all.
And while we will gladly take all photo's submitted, we are particularly looking for older, more vintage snaps that will highlight the significands of our past. The older snap, the better!
Anyone wishing to submit their photos can do so by filling out the online form and attaching your photos. There is a limit to 10 photos per submission and file size is 10mb max per photo.
