2023 JA Cadet Development, Junior Development and U24 Emerging Senior Squad Announcement


The National Judo High Performance program is being delivered under a shared model between the Combat Institute of Australia (CombatAUS) and Judo Australia (JA) since 1 January 2021.


Under this new model, the program for athletes categorised Developing and above is delivered and funded by CombatAUS. Programs for athletes not yet categorised or categorised Emerging are delivered and funded by JA from the AIS Performance Pathway Strategic Investment grant and other funding that may be available for pathway athlete development.


JA is excited to announce the athletes selected into the following development squads for 2023.
