The Virtus Oceania Asia Games 2022 (OA Games 2022) is an international multi-sport event for elite athletes with an intellectual impairment. Organised by Sport Inclusion Australia, the OA Games 2022 will be the first time a Virtus Regional Games will be held for the Oceania Asia region, with hundreds of athletes from more than 25 nations coming to Australia to celebrate people, diversity, sport, ability and culture in a major sporting event that allows athletes to compete on a world stage.
Judo will be one of eleven (11) sports that are part of this years games that is being held 5-11 November 2022 in Brisbane, Australia.
The following nine (9) athletes have been approved to compete at this years games:

Phoebe Ladlow
Robert Girdwood
Tobias Sampson
“Judo Australia would like to congratulate all the athletes who will be representing judo and Australia at this year’s games, and we wish you all the best in your preparations as we look forward to watching you compete in Brisbane.” said Judo Australia CEO, Emma Taylor.
The Judo competition will be held on Monday 7 June at the Chandler Theatre, Sleeman Sports Complex.
