Judo Australia's National Kata Committee welcomes Expressions of Interest (EOI) to support the National Kata team as a Team Coach and Manager. The team will participate in the Paris World Championships Kata 2025, which will be held in France, from 8-9 November 2025.

The Team Coach would be expected to fulfil the following roles and responsibilities:
*Collaborate with team members to develop a training plan in preparation for the competition, including overseeing the team's progress and giving feedback
* Coordinate with the team manager to ensure proper alignment of the training schedule, trip logistics and Judobase-related matters
* Communicate and report progress to the Team Manager and JA Kata Committee
* Submit a coach’s competition summary to the Team Manager upon event completion
The Team Manager is expected to:
* Liaise with Judo Australia (JA) officers to ensure all arrangements are in place, including Judobase inscription and registrations, IJF Cards, insurance, etc.
* Work with the team coach and the team members to schedule the bookings of accommodations, airport transfers, accreditations, etc. and followed up with the event organising committee
* Work with team members and the JA office to ensure that travel and accommodation plans are correctly submitted and followed up with the event organising committee
* Coordinate team preparation, such as trip arrangement and logistics, and ensure visa and related paperwork are done
* Communicate and report regularly to the JA Kata Committee on the progress
* Organise the delegation to attend accreditation to confirm the entries of all athletes.
* Submit a summary of the competition to the JA Kata Committee
